This is a lioness, basking in the sunlight peacefully & beautifully. The second you fuck with her, or her family she’s going to rip your throat out with quick, clean precision. As she should. And then, she goes right back to minding her business relaxing in the sun, completely unbothered with blood dripping from her mouth. I have been working with Goddess Sekhmet on embodying this energy fully, learning the lessons that come with it and doing the shadow work that needed to be done to align with it.
